Terms and Conditions
Sedona and Mount Shasta Seminars
August-September 2020
Protective Clause and Conclusion of the Contract:
The contract terms for attending the seminars shall be based solely on the terms and conditions for the Public Seminars and the Information supplied by Judith Küsel.
Registration must be in writing or in text form. The registration will be confirmed in text or writing. You will not be entitled to attend the seminar(s) without a written confirmation of registration. The confirmation email that we send out immediately after the receipt of payment, will act as confirmation that your place has been reserved. Registrations will be considered in the sequence in which they are received; as the possible number of participants is limited for each seminar.
Cancellation:
Take note that the seminar is non-refundable, even in the case of emergencies which you may encounter or should you wish to cancel. Please ensure that you take out additional insurance, with your travel insurance, to cover all such eventualities.
The presenter is not liable if the seminar(s) has to be cancelled due to circumstances beyond our control, particularly force majeure (including confirmed illness in the presenter, breakdown of the heating, strikes, natural disasters, and other unforeseen eventualities).
The seminars may be cancelled for organizational reasons or due to the illness of the presenter. Any seminar fees that you have already paid will be reimbursed. You shall have no further claims.
Seminar Fees:
Unless otherwise stated, the seminar(s) cost(s) for public seminars (i.e. seminars that may be booked by anyone) are always quoted per participant.
Deadlines for payment: The early-bird discount seminar fee is due for payment by 31 April 2020; the normal fee per seminar and the discount fee for the “Combo” option are due for payment on the 31 July 2020. If no payment has been received by this date for the seminar(s) or if no appropriate evidence can be provided, we reserve the right to take a decision regarding your further attendance. All prices are quoted exclusive of statutory VAT.
Discounts:
If you book before the 31 April, an early bird discount price is applicable.
If you book for both seminars, you will be granted a discount as advertised. (No cancellation option as stated above.)

The seminar documentation, or information such as given during the Powerpoint presentation may not be duplicated, distributed, broadcast, copied, or sold and otherwise, or used without the written consent of Judith Küsel.
Rights Reserved:
We reserve all rights to the translation and the reprint and duplication seminar, or Powerpoint documents, or any parts thereof if they are protected by copyright. No part of the documents, or the information provided during the seminar(s) may be used for commercial purposes without the written permission of Judith Küsel. Liability:
We shall be liable only once for any damage that we may have caused, with damages being limited to the type of risk typical to the contract at the time of its conclusion. All further liability is excluded. This limitation of liability does not include damage to life, limb and/or health and/or breaches of guarantees, nor damage caused intentionally or fraudulently.
Data Protection:
The client/customer hereby agrees to Judith Küsel collecting, processing and using necessary data on the basis of legal requirements.
